Growth brings forth CHANGE

I am a creature of habit so change is hard for me...

Some things are happening in my life right now that have me feeling like the rug's been pulled out from underneath my feet.

That being said, one of my new years resolutions that I have started early is to be positive! No more negativity. I've kicked out the negativity and I want to see the glass as half full rather than half empty. So with these changes I am praying and trusting God to be the Captain of our ship and guide us through the storm.
It may seem a little dark and gray now

but I see the light beaming already and I'm looking forward to the view of the sun after the storm.

So, change?

I'm ready!!!!

Hey there! Welcome back! have missed your posts, and had wondered what was happening. Good luck with your resolutions - but don't try to do it ALL alone. Independence is all very well, but it can be terribly lonely.

One good thing about the net, I've found, is that one can tell folks things, and most times, they don't pass it on because they don't know your friends, just as you don't know theirs.

As a 71 year old wrinkly, if it helps to have a moan, don't hesitate. I'm quite a straight forward type - and will tell you if I think you're being unnecessarily downbeat! My experience is that when you're down, you're defintely necessarily so - so, I shall be helpfully sympathetic - if that is what you need.

Happy New Year - as you say, 2012 is a new one, it's Leap Year, so one has another day to improve things, and my prayers go with you!

I am soooo glad that I have your support on this matter, because blogging really helps me get through my thoughts and I love knowing that somewhere out there I have a beautiful soul whos going to kick me back into gear if needed.

and im sure there will be a time or 2 when its needed. :)

Thank you very much Krista! I truly believe that 2012 (even though its off to a rough start seeing as though my 3 year old drew all over my furniture while I was trying to convince my 12 year old to swallow a tylenol because he had a fever of 102F, and I ended up having to run to the pharmacy for chewables because he wouldnt do it after 2 hours of begging and threatening and bribing lol) is going to be the best year for us yet! :)
